So I purchased the book and it is great! I wonder if you have an estimate of cost based on your equipment?

I never calculated so I don't have to lie to my wife. ?
I would say 2K estimated. That includes... 3 low cost kettles + hardware, pumps, hoses and connectors, ventilation and the control panel.
