First off, great build!  Really appreciate the good info and nice writeup.

I do have a question regarding the amp meter wiring.  It looks like you only have one hot leg off the main contactor going through the current transformer and then onto the SSRs.  Does that accurately give you the total amp draw of the entire system or only the amps drawn from your heating elements but not including the pumps & pids?  I've seen diagrams and documentation indicating that running the 2nd hot leg through the CT in a reverse direction might work to give a total system draw.  Curious if you tried that approach and it didn't work or if you just weren't interested in the total draw and only concerned with the elements?

Thanks!

Thanks for the comments and your interest!

Yes, I have only one hot leg going thru the donut, measuring the amp draw from the elements only. I did that intentionally as the pumps are not drawing a lot and it doesn’t really matter to me.

At first I wanted to get the whole amp draw for the entire control panel and I found some conflicting information about that. Seems to be that running the 2nd leg in the opposite direction should work. I finally didn’t try it. Give it a shot and let me know what the outcome was.

Anything you need, just let me know!
