I started the project in stages as the newborn would allow..
starting withthe stand, plumbing, kettles then the controller.

The last three weeks I’ve been scratching my head, finally did some voltmeter
testing and had one wire backwards and boom I had the heat. 

Brew day day used to take me ~6+ hours rigging up a gravity feed and small
propane burner for 5 gallons.

I just finished my first brew in 3.5 hours hitting all my targets!
